The minimum deposit to secure the booking is half the total
tariff. Deposits must be paid within 7 days of booking, otherwise
the booking will be cancelled and the apartment automatically
available to re-let.
The balance of the total rent is to be paid in full by DIRECT
DEBIT, PERSONAL
CHEQUE OR CREDIT CARD (Visa, Mastercard & Bankcard accepted), 30
days prior to arrival. Wholesalers and Travel Agents are not
permitted to pay by Credit Card.
In the event of a cancelled booking 30 or more days prior to
arrival, deposits shall not be refunded unless the property is
re-let for the total period of the proposed occupancy, in which case
a service fee of $100 shall be charged to the person cancelling the
booking.
Check In commences from 3.30pm on the date of arrival and the
premises must be vacated by 10.00 am sharp on the day of departure.
No exceptions will be granted and late departures will be charged an
extra days tariff.
The premises must be kept clean at all times and the number of
occupants must not exceed the number of beds provided for, or the
number agreed to with the Agent at the time of booking, (whichever
is lesser).
The premises are rented for holiday purposes only for the
specified period and vacant possession will be given up by 10.00 am
on the date of expiration of the period.
An inspection of the premises can be made upon demand by Arlberg
Management, if deemed necessary.
If there are fewer than 5 ski lifts operating, due to a lack of
snow 72 Hours prior to the commencement of your ski holiday, you may
choose to receive a full credit or a full refund on all prepaid
accommodation, lift product, ski hire and meals booked with directly
with Arlberg Hotham (Hotham Management).
Travel Insurance is highly recommended. For more information you

To abide by Local Government Health Regulations and Body
Corporate Rules, we hereby advise that no pets are permitted in any
rental properties.
(a) With regard to telephone or postal bookings, no
responsibility for
mis-description can be accepted by us.
(b) We cannot be held responsible for actions taken by the owners of
premises that are outside of our control, such as
i. the property is sold or ii. the tariff is increased prior to your occupation, or
iii. the property is altered in any way, or iv. the property is withdrawn for letting
In any of the above or other circumstances, every reasonable
endeavour will be made to find alternative accommodation.
No responsibility is taken by the Agent of the Owners for Tenants
personal property.
As the tenant you are responsible for all damages, Breakages and
loss incurred during the term of your occupancy. These are to be
reported or replaced and paid for prior to Check Out.
Please assist by leaving the premises clean and tidy, or additional
cleaning fees may be charged.
Arlberg is a Smoke Free Building. There is a cleaning fee of $250 if
smoking has occurred in the apartment. There are airlocks on level 5
and Level 1 Entranceways for Smokers. There is also a Smoking Room
in the Avalanche Bar.
These conditions are an agreement between the parties. Any
infringement permits Arlberg Management to refuse a key, amend the
rental or immediately terminate the tenancy.

you and Arlberg Hotham Management, neither Arlberg Hotham Management
nor any third party has conferred upon you by implication, estoppel
or otherwise, any license or right under any patent, trademark,
